Wintery Path Down To The Lake

I took this photo yesterday! April 5, 2009

We just sent our May /June Image Driven Magazine to the Printer; it was full of wonderfully warm stories like the one about the "Cool!" logging / trucking family; "The Purpose Driven Page Family" from Camden, MI.

And, it was full of neat stuff ordinary people do, including our cover describing the joys of the warm sun and fun when school is out for one more year. Whoa, where does this guy live? Welcome to the wonderful winter land of Wisconsin.

I also spent a good hour yesterday watching the banjo minnow infomercial on TV. I sure could use a little fishing on the lake. My boat is still in storage. It's not an ice breaker, you know.

Oh! By the way, the lake is still not completely unfrozen. But, the Bald Eagles are back and they seem to be catching some of those walleyed beauties. The snow and canada geese are traveling though. Haven't seen any loons yet; except the neighbors who live on the lake with me. I am included in that fraternity!

Please tell me how warm it is in your neck of the woods. So, I can feel your warmth and imagine what it would be like to live somewhere warm. Or, maybe you want to do one better than this and tell me how cold it is where you live. Any of my Inuits friends reading this?
